The role entails the storage and management of documentation in line with company procedures. Furthermore, ensuring that project documentation and client deliverables are transmitted and received in accordance with project procedures using varied EDMS programs. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and be highly motivated whilst having a good appreciation of a deadline driven environment. They should be detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy as they encounter complex and sensitive documents.\n Successful candidate will be required to:\nMust have experience in doing the Document Control Project setup.\nMust have experience of working on multiple projects at one time.\nUK-based project experience would be an added advantage.\nRecord issued documents in accordance with Project Life Cycle procedure.\nReceive and/or download drawings and documents from the EDMS and file in the appropriate directory.\nProvide the project manager with a schedule of documents received and transmitted including revisions.\nPreparation of Master Document Register and maintaining the same through out the project.\nCirculate received/downloaded documents to project team in client's EDMS and WSP CDE.\nKeep a log of in-coming and out-going information.\nUpload drawings and documents onto EDMS in accordance with a schedule provided by theProject Manager (PM)\nResponsibility for high level review of project life cycle-controlled documents.\nSetting up and maintaining document issue sheets throughout entire project.\nChecking standard details on outgoing documents and drawings, for inconsistencies, revision changes and format.\n Ideally 8-10 years’ experience of Document and Data management in a multi discipline detail design engineering environment.\nExperience of uploading/downloading from online collaborative websites is essential. \nThe successful candidate needs to be conscientious, and methodical with excellent organisational skills.\nExcellent time management skills and capable of managing their own time/workload across multiple projects.\nExcellent communication skills required as all the projects will be SG based and daily coordination with the project team in SG is required.\nExperience in EDMS's like ACC, ProjectWise, Asite and Aconex would be an advantage.\nPreferably experience from Healthcare.\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
