The successful candidate will oversee the installation and delivery of ICT, ELV and Security Systems on major construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.\n Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, material submittals, and design documentation related to ICT, security and ELV systems.\nReview and provide technical comments on contractor method statements, particularly for structured cabling and fibre optic installation works.\nReview Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, testing procedures, and quality documentation.\nMonitor site activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant international standards.\nConduct site inspections and witness testing and commissioning activities for systems including:Structured Cabling Systems\nFibre Optic Networks\nCCTV and Video Surveillance Systems\nAccess Control Systems\nIntrusion Detection Systems\nPublic Address Systems\nIntercom Systems\nNetwork and Telecommunications Infrastructure\nIntegrated Security Systems\n\nCoordinate with contractors, specialist vendors, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.\nReview RFIs, NCRs, and technical queries, providing timely recommendations and resolutions.\nVerify that installed systems comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and applicable industry standards.\nMonitor quality, safety, and progress of ICT/ELV works and provide regular reports to project leadership.\nSupport project closeout activities, including review of testing records, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover documentation.\nSupervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ICT, ELV, and Security Systems on construction projects.\n Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 13 years of experience in ICT/ELV engineering, with at least 7 years in construction supervision or PMC/consultancy environments.\nStrong experience in reviewing ICT, ELV and Security System designs, shop drawings, submittals, ITPs, and method statements.\nDemonstrated experience on major building, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, or data centre projects.\nSound knowledge of:Structured Cabling Systems\nICT Infrastructure\nCCTV\nAccess Control\nSecurity Systems\nFibre Optic Networks\nPublic Address Systems\nTelecom Systems\n\nFamiliarity with international standards such as TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEC, NFPA, and relevant local authority requirements.\nStrong technical review, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.\nGCC experience is preferred.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
