About your role…

You will be part of our highly collaborative team in Lincolnshire. As part of our Lincoln highways design team, comprising a wide network of Highway Engineers both locally and across the UK, you will deliver interesting Highway projects for our Lincolnshire County Council Client.

  • Manage projects to ensure coordination of multi-disciplinary inputs.
  • Manage resources effectively (including some remote resource) and efficiently to meet fluctuating workloads.
  • Work with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time and within budget and meeting H&S, CDM, QA and technical review requirements.
  • Develop relationships with other LCC and WSP teams to utilise additional resources as required.
  • Agree fees and managing the commercial position on projects.
  • Attend site to gather information and supervise schemes.
