You’ll contribute to shaping projects that influence Brisbane's built environment for decades to come.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this senior role, you will:\nLead small to medium scale mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion\nContribute to multidisciplinary teams delivering large, complex major projects\nProduce and review mechanical design documentation to industry, commercial, and regulatory standards\nOversee design coordination across multidisciplinary teams\nSupport project planning to meet budget, scope, and program requirements\nUndertake site inspections and ensure designs translate seamlessly to installation\nBuild strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business\nMentor, guide and upskill junior and intermediate engineers\nContribute to technical excellence and continuous improvement across the Mechanical discipline\nAbout You\nYou will bring:\n6-10 years experience in mechanical building services engineering\nA degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering\nStrong design capability across HVAC, ventilation, heating and associated systems\nExperience working within Australian building services consultancies\nFamiliarity across multiple sectors (commercial, data centres, education, defence, healthcare etc.)\nWorking knowledge of the BCA, NCC and relevant Australian Standards\nAbility to lead small to medium projects and coordinate with all building services disciplines\nStrong communication skills and the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders\nRegistration or eligibility for relevant state engineering registers (advantageous)\n\nWhy Join Us\nHybrid work model -
