The role will be responsible for overseeing mechanical design, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring all works meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.\n Oversee mechanical works including HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire protection, and associated utilities\nReview and manage mechanical design drawings, calculations, and technical submittals\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines\nMonitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards\nSupport testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems\nIdentify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges\nEnsure adherence to project schedules, safety requirements, and quality objectives\nPrepare technical reports and provide engineering support to the project team\n Minimum 12+ years of experience, with proven senior-level responsibility on large-scale construction projects\nSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration - mandatory\nExperience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical facilities is highly preferred\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to data centres (HVAC, cooling, fire protection, etc.)\nFamiliarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)\nStrong coordination, leadership, and communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
