Our team manages and executes large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety and leave a lasting positive legacy in the communities we engage with.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThis is an opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from studies and concept development through to detailed design, procurement, construction support and commissioning for Tier 1 mining clients. Working within our Mining & Metals team, you'll lead and contribute to a broad range of sustaining capital and brownfield projects across iron ore, gold, lithium, base metals and mineral processing operations.\nDelivering mechanical engineering packages across studies, design and project execution phases. \nProviding technical leadership and engineering expertise on multidisciplinary mining and processing projects. \nDeveloping engineering deliverables including reports, specifications, calculations and technical documentation. \nCollaborating closely with process, civil, structural, electrical and project delivery teams to develop integrated engineering solutions. \nEngaging with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver practical, fit-for-purpose outcomes. \nSupporting project planning, risk management, cost estimation and engineering governance activities. \nContributing to the successful delivery of brownfield and sustaining capital projects within operating mining environments. \nMentoring and supporting developing engineers while contributing to a strong engineering culture.\nAbout you:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. \nIdeally 8+ years' experience within mining, mineral processing or industrial projects. \nStrong consulting experience across studies, detailed design and project delivery. \nExperience delivering sustaining capital projects.\nKnowledge of pipelines, pumping systems, slurry handling and process plant infrastructure. \nExposure to materials handling systems, process equipment and piping design. \nStrong understanding of procurement, vendor management and construction support activities. \nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. \nChartered status or progress toward
