Working alongside industry-leading specialists, you'll provide strategic security consulting services, lead multidisciplinary project delivery, and support clients across government, transportation, institutional, and commercial sectors.\nReporting to the National Physical Security Director, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative security solutions that protect critical assets, support community safety, and advance infrastructure development across Canada.\nYour Impact\nLead the delivery of physical security consulting services on complex infrastructure projects across Canada.\nOversee security assessments, design reviews, and security planning initiatives for new and existing facilities.\nManage and mentor members of the physical security team while fostering technical excellence and collaboration.\nDirect Threat Risk Assessments (TRAs), CPTED assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security program development.\nSupport testing, commissioning, emergency management, and site security initiatives throughout project lifecycles.\nBuild and strengthen client relationships while contributing to business development and proposal pursuits.\nDeliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.\nChampion WSP's health, safety, and wellbeing culture while ensuring compliance with all safety requirements and Life Saving Rules.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nMinimum 10 years of experience in a security consulting environment.\nProven experience managing large, multidiscipline security projects.\nDemonstrated expertise conducting Threat Risk Assessments or comparable security risk assessments.\nStrong understanding of physical security design, security technologies, and protective security principles.\nExperience preparing technical reports, security strategies, and client presentations.\nKnowledge of project financial management, contracts, commercial terms, and project delivery practices.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.\nStrong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to support team growth and development.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
