The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and reporting throughout the construction supervision phase, ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with contractual requirements and project objectives.\n Review, analyze, and validate contractor baseline programmes and schedule submissions.\nMonitor construction progress against approved schedules and identify deviations, risks, and recovery opportunities.\nAssess contractor resource allocation, productivity trends, and schedule performance.\nPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive schedule summaries.\nConduct schedule impact assessments, delay analyses, and extension of time evaluations.\nReview and verify contractors' look-ahead programmes and recovery schedules.\nMonitor key project milestones, critical paths, and interface activities across multiple disciplines.\nSupport Resident Engineers and Project Managers with planning-related recommendations.\nEvaluate contractor claims associated with time impacts and schedule changes.\nParticipate in project progress meetings and provide planning advice to project stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with project controls procedures, contractual obligations, and reporting requirements.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary supervision teams covering roads, utilities, traffic, and infrastructure works.\nMaintain accurate project controls records and programme documentation throughout project execution.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 15+ years of professional experience in planning and scheduling.\nExtensive experience delivering transport, roads, highways, and infrastructure utilities projects.\nStrong site supervision consultancy experience on major infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated experience within Saudi Arabia, particularly on large-scale government, municipal, or transportation infrastructure programmes.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and other project planning software.\nStrong knowledge of delay analysis methodologies, EOT assessments, and project controls practices.\nExperience reviewing contractor programmes and monitoring construction progress during project execution.\nExcellent reporting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or equivalent are preferred.\nFluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.\nExperience must be predominantly within consultancy and supervision environments.\nCandidates with primarily building construction, contractor execution, design office, or head office planning experience are not preferred.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nWork at WSP and you'll be at the heart of a team of international experts dedicated to growing and sharing their expertise while working on projects that transform society for all of us.
