The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, and hands-on experience in planning, controls, forecasting and digital reporting.\n Support project teams in fulfilling its contractual Project management obligations on projects during the execution phase\n\nPerforms cost to complete analysis on projects and re-forecast the adjustment within the systems. Evaluates costs requirements versus budget limitations.\n\nDevelop, review and maintain integrated project schedules. Facilitate schedule workshops with project managers and discipline leads. Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis and monthly project performance reports.\n\nDevelop and maintain invoice tracking system and support Project Managers with timely invoicing, documentation and follow-ups.\n\nSupports project manager in sub-consultant management throughout the project life cycle\n\nProduce accurate and timely project reports and develop automated project dashboards for project performance monitoring\n\nPrepares and assists in various levels of project reporting.
