As a Senior Project Coordinator - Facilities Management, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, stakeholders, consultants, and vendor partners to help drive projects from planning through implementation and closeout.\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile initiatives while developing your project management expertise in a collaborative environment where accountability, innovation, and client service are valued.\nYour Impact\nCoordinate project communications, governance activities, and reporting to support successful project delivery.\nCoordinate services that keep buildings functional, safe, and efficient including maintenance, repairs, space and energy management to ensure the environment supports user needs\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously through planning, design, tendering, contract administration, implementation, and closeout phases.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and vendor partners.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and support timely resolution with Project Managers and project teams.\nReview drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, site instructions, change notices, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports to support decision-making.\nConduct site verification activities before, during, and following project execution to validate project requirements and outcomes.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, records, reporting, and administrative controls in accordance with project governance requirements.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.\n5-8 years of project coordination with some experience supporting FM ready projects.\nExperience supporting projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and document management systems.\nAbility to interpret design drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.\nStrong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to communicate project information clearly to diverse stakeholders.\nReliability Status or Secret Security Clearance is considered an asset.\nAbility to travel throughout the GTA as required and perform site visits within occupied client facilities and active project environments.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
