Home offices are available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario, with hybrid work flexibility.\nYour Impact\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development and municipal engineering projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors\nAct as the primary client liaison, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction\nOversee project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management\nDrive business development efforts through proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives\nGuide teams through municipal and agency approvals processes, leveraging WSP’s established stakeholder relationships\nMentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence\nUphold quality, safety, and performance standards while delivering sustainable, community-focused solutions\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\n10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, including 2+ years in a project management role\nProven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex infrastructure projects\nDeep understanding of Ontario’s land development and municipal approvals processes\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a client-focused mindset\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain\nPMP certification considered a strong asset\nProficiency with project management tools and financial tracking systems\nValid Ontario driver’s license preferred\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
