As a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment), you will provide technical leadership and project delivery excellence while guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex municipal and industrial water treatment assignments.\nYour Impact\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through commissioning.\nOversee multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve technical excellence, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.\nDrive process engineering solutions that improve treatment performance, reliability, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.\nBuild and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor throughout project lifecycles.\nMentor and develop engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nSupport business growth through proposal development, client engagement, and identification of new opportunities.\nManage project risks, resources, contracts, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.\nContribute to healthier communities and environmental stewardship through innovative water infrastructure solutions.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nMaster’s degree in civil and environmental engineering or a related discipline.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility to practice within the applicable province.\nExtensive experience delivering municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.\nDemonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder environments.\nStrong expertise in treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.\nProven ability to lead client relationships, negotiate project scope, and support business development initiatives.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and team development capabilities.\nAbility and willingness to travel to project sites and participate in field reviews as required while maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
