You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.\nWe are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Supervision to lead the day-to-day management and successful delivery of major Property & Buildings supervision projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\nThe role will be responsible for project leadership, client management, supervision operations, commercial performance, bid support, project governance, and multidisciplinary team coordination. Working closely with the Project Director and Director of Supervision, the successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with WSP's quality standards and client expectations.\nThe role requires strong leadership, client-facing capabilities, operational management, and commercial acumen, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.\n Project Leadership & Delivery\nLead the delivery of major supervision projects from mobilisation through to completion.\nManage multidisciplinary supervision teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nDevelop and maintain project execution plans, resource plans, and delivery strategies.\nMonitor project progress, project risks, and key performance indicators.\nEnsure effective coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.\nLead project review meetings and ensure proactive resolution of delivery issues.\nSupport project close-out, handover, and lessons learned activities.\nClient Relationship Management\nAct as the primary client contact for assigned projects.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and government authorities.\nEnsure client expectations are understood and consistently achieved.\nDrive high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.\nParticipate in client presentations, project reviews, and progress meetings.\nSupport account development within existing client portfolios.\nSupervision Operations\nManage the operational delivery of supervision services across assigned projects.\nEnsure appropriate deployment and utilisation of project resources.\nCoordinate Resident Engineers, discipline leads, inspectors, and specialist teams.\nMonitor workforce requirements and resource planning.\nPromote consistency in project controls, reporting, and supervision practices.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.\nCommercial Management\nManage project budgets, revenue, resource utilisation, and profitability.\nMonitor project financial performance and forecasting.\nIdentify commercial risks and opportunities and implement mitigation measures.\nSupport contract administration, variation management, and change control processes.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance requirements.\nAssist with claims management and commercial discussions where required.\nBid & Business Development Support\nSupport proposal preparation, technical submissions, and tender responses.\nParticipate in client interviews and project presentations.\nContribute project delivery expertise to work-winning activities.\nSupport opportunity identification within existing projects and client accounts.\nAssist with pipeline development and pursuit activities within KSA.\nGovernance, Risk & Quality\nEnsure compliance with WSP project management systems and governance requirements.\nMaintain oversight of project risk registers and mitigation plans.\nDrive quality assurance and quality control across project delivery.\nMonitor project compliance with contractual, regulatory, and authority requirements.\nEnsure lessons learned and best practices are captured and implemented across projects.\nPromote a strong culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.\nHealth, Safety & Environment\nChampion WSP's safety-first culture across all project activities.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.\nMonitor project HSE performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.\nSupport the development of a proactive safety culture across project teams.\nPeople Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop project teams.\nSupport performance management, coaching, and capability development.\nFoster collaboration, teamwork, and high-performance behaviours.\nSupport graduate and junior staff development.\nPromote WSP's values, culture, and professional standards. \n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.\nMaster's Degree desirable.\nPMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred.\nPE, CEng, or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous. \n20+ years of project management and construction supervision experience.\nProven track record managing large-scale building projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams and major client relationships.\nStrong understanding of project governance, contract administration, and commercial management.\nWhy Join WSP?\nAt WSP, you will be part of one of the world's leading professional services firms, delivering some of Saudi Arabia's most significant and transformative developments.
