You will act as a key interface between project teams, clients, authorities, and the wider community - ensuring smooth coordination, timely approvals, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.\n Lead stakeholder engagement activities for complex transport and infrastructure projects, covering both design and construction phases.\nDevelop and implement stakeholder management plans and communication strategies aligned with project objectives.\nCoordinate with government authorities, utility providers, developers, and community representatives to facilitate project approvals and minimize conflicts.\nPrepare and maintain stakeholder registers, tracking issues, commitments, and resolutions.\nSupport design and engineering teams in identifying potential stakeholder constraints and developing mitigation measures.\nParticipate in multi-disciplinary meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate stakeholder requirements and feedback.\nReview and interpret authority standards, guidelines, and procedures relevant to project delivery.\nProvide technical input to reports, correspondence, and presentations related to stakeholder management.\nEnsure compliance with WSP’s project management systems, quality standards, and health & safety policies.\nMentor and support junior team members in stakeholder coordination and communication best practices.\n Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience, with a strong focus on stakeholder management within large-scale transport and infrastructure projects in the UAE.\nProven experience liaising with Dubai authorities such as RTA, DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, du etc.\nSolid understanding of design and construction processes, particularly within roads, highways, utilities, and public realm projects.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.\nPrevious experience working in a consultancy environment preferred.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
