Self-aware of limitations and when\nshould ask for help, balanced with confidence to proceed.\n- Basic use of BIM Software and how to use and review models\n- Demonstrated ability to apply safety in design processes on projects\n- Experience in monitoring and managing the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.\n- Experienced in developing and maintaining client relationships\n- Experienced in applying QA and OH&S systems.
