The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural works are executed in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.\n Lead the supervision of structural works on large-scale building projects.\nReview and approve structural shop drawings, calculations, method statements, material submittals, and temporary works proposals.\nEnsure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality and progress.\nCoordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and client representatives.\nReview contractor requests for information (RFIs), inspections, and technical submissions.\nIdentify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.\nSupport the Resident Engineer in progress monitoring, reporting, and technical issue resolution.\nWitness testing and commissioning activities relating to structural systems.\nMentor and guide site inspectors and junior engineers.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.\n12-15 years of post-graduate experience.\nMinimum 8 years' experience on building construction supervision projects in the GCC.\nStrong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel construction.\nExperience reviewing structural calculations and temporary works.\nFamiliarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authority requirements.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nMembership of a recognized professional engineering body is desirable.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
