You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.\nA little more about your role…\nWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our team.\nWorking on a variety of interesting projects encompassing Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Energy, Heritage, Commercial, Industrial and the hospitality buildings sectors.\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician to join a supportive and friendly team and to help develop and lead a team in the production of Revit Models and CAD drawings for all stages of design.\nWorking with an already established team of engineers and Revit/CAD technicians, you will\nProduce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit; preparing engineering models & drawings from sketches and design information\nWork closely with key external stakeholders, clients and colleagues from all parts of the WSP business to achieve multidisciplinary delivery outcomes\nUse BIM technologies both in cloud and managed systems to prepare concise engineering drawings for key stages such as conception, planning, tender, building warrant and construction\nFulfil Project Technician role - manage the drafting aspects of projects of varying complexity and size, actively driving the collaboration.\nWhat we will be looking for you to demonstrate…\nGained a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering\nExperience in Building Structures as a Technician\nProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office\nExperience in the principles of ISO 19650, BIM templates, BEPs, and use of collaborative information management software\nExperience in working with digital platforms, particularly BIM360 and its collaborative modules (Not essential, training will be provided)\nGained strong, practical experience of using Revit in a similar building structures focused role.\nProficiency at planning and organising workload\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal\nExcellent presentation skills\nFamiliarity with working under pressure and to tight deadlines\nExperience of working on a range of projects across a variety of sectors\nYou must be eligible to achieve Security Clearance.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
