We are happy to consider applications from Senior Engineer to Associate level.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team.\nEngage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.\nLead small to medium-sized design projects and support larger, complex programmes, ensuring technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting the design and documentation of projects involving Structured cabling systems, Outside Plant, IT & OT Networks, ICN platforms.\nCollaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop ICT strategies and holistic solutions.\nInterfacing with Controls, MEP and Security specialists to develop an architecture that support other systems holistically.\nResearching and implementing latest innovations in the Telecommunications discipline.\nPreparing technical documentation and managing construction phase services.\nEnsuring compliance with WSP’s quality assurance and project delivery standards.\nSupporting commissioning activities.\nAbout you\n7+ years of experience delivering mission critical projects with an emphasis on Telecommunications / ICT services within the Property and Buildings sector.\nProven experience working in data centres, transport, healthcare and/or aviation.\nExperiencein Australia within an engineering consultancy is essential. \nProven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, Controls and Security designers.\nSpecialist in ICT and/or Telecommunications and ability to provide this technical expertise.\nExperience preparing technical documentation (e.g. specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services.\nDemonstrated project leadership experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.\nA collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for innovation, and commitment to delivering technically strong and efficient project outcomes.\nRelevant Engineering degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Telecommunications, Computer Systems or Electrical Engineering.\nAt WSP, you’ll find the scale and resources to do the kind of work the world needs-while feeling supported, heard, and empowered to grow your career.
