The successful candidates will lead and contribute to the design and implementation of electrical and power infrastructure projects in the Middle East.\nYou will be responsible for producing engineering design solutions, models, reports and obtaining authority approvals for single and multi-disciplinary design infrastructure projects in the UAE.\n Provide overall engineering solutions, analysis, specifications, and procurement support for the infra projects.\nManage opportunity & risk on the project.\nHave a good knowledge of the contract and key clauses.\nManage deliverables and provide the technical support to the team.\nPrepare time schedules, resource plan and assist in preparation of budgets.\nLead bids/prospects, developing techno-commercial offers in liaison with internal and external parties.\nManage projects execution till final delivery with NOC’s,\nMonitor and control budget, invoices.\nManage Engineers and CAD team and provide tech support.\nDesign High Voltage, Medium voltage, Low Voltage, Street Lighting and Telecom networks for infrastructure, urban plan, roads, tunnels projects.\nCarry out Grounding, lightning protection, cable containments and shielding,\nUndertake the load flow analysis, short circuit, protection schemes, grounding system calculations.\nProduce reports, drawings, calculations and presentations.\nAttend meetings with authorities regarding utility design proposals.\nAware of local authorities regulations in gulf region.\nAdvise and present engineering solutions to clients and stakeholders.\nFamiliar with Dialux, Amtech, ETAP, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Navisworks and Microsoft office to produce my deliverables.\nFollow the QA/QC in compliance with the requirement of the projects.\nOrganize &Attend progress meetings/communications with contractors, consultants and authorities.\nMinimize end users comments and hence ensure clients satisfaction and quality of deliverables.\nEnsure that the Design meets all relevant Codes and Standards.\nReview of Contractor shop drawings and materials submittals.\n BEng /BSc (Hon) or equivalent discipline with 10-12+ years post graduate experience, C.Eng & PMP are an advantage.\nMember of/working towards associated Professional body membership.\nModelling of power and lighting networks.\nDetailed design of engineering solutions.\nGood report writing skills.\nCompiling authority approval documentation in accordance with local authority standards to obtain approvals.\nExcellent speaking and writing communication skills in English.\nPrevious UAE experience.\nWhat if we can have work-life balance?
