This includes strategizing and developing user-centric wayfinding methodologies, to optimize navigation experiences, as well as creating compelling presentations that showcase our solutions effectively.\n Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion.\nDevelop creative direction and execution of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.\nCreate compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategy and design proposals to clients and project stakeholders.\nCoordinate and work closely with wider teams of architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to propose integrated wayfinding design solutions that meet clients’ requirements.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.\nDemonstrate expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp to create conceptual designs, sketches, and illustrations.\nManage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.\nStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wayfinding design, and incorporate relevant advancements into project deliverables.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, urban design, graphic design, or related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics on various project typologies including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed used, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare and education\nRobust design portfolio and proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex wayfinding projects from concept to completion.\nStrong creative and conceptualization skills, with the ability to utilize robust expertise in urban planning and interior design to develop and illustrate comprehensive wayfinding strategies and presentations.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.\nExpertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp and AutoCAD.\nExtensive understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards governing wayfinding and architecture projects in the Middle East.\nStrong understanding of materials, and fabrication techniques. detailed design drawings and specifications.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.\nWillingness to travel globally as required to support project needs and client engagements.\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
