The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong expertise in road and highway infrastructure projects and previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.\nThe candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring site activities, ensuring construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.\n Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for roads and highway infrastructure projects.\nEnsure that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.\nMonitor roadworks activities, including earthworks, grading, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, sub-base, road base, and asphalt paving.\nCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nReview construction drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.\nMonitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the approved project schedule.\nConduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.\nIdentify site issues, technical challenges, and construction discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.\nReview and verify contractor work progress, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards.\nPrepare daily site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and other relevant project documentation.\nCoordinate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.\nMinimum 12+ years of overall professional experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.\nPrevious experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.\nStrong experience in Roads & Highways construction and infrastructure projects.\nExperience in road construction activities, including earthworks, pavement works, asphalt, drainage, and associated infrastructure.\nPrevious experience with engineering consultancy firms or major infrastructure projects is preferred.\nGood knowledge of construction standards, technical specifications, quality requirements, and site supervision procedures.\nExcellent communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.\nCandidates with strong Roads & Highways project experience in Saudi Arabia.\nExperience working with reputed engineering consultants or infrastructure contractors.\nAbility to manage multiple site activities and coordinate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of Saudi construction practices and relevant local standards.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
