The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying and setting-out activities, verifying contractor works, and ensuring that all construction elements are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role requires previous experience within a consultancy environment and a strong background in property and buildings projects.\n Perform site surveys, setting out, and verification of levels, coordinates, dimensions, and alignments for building works. \nEstablish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference systems across the project site. \nReview contractor survey records, calculations, and as-built documentation for accuracy and compliance. \nVerify the accuracy of building layouts, structural elements, utilities, and architectural features against approved drawings. \nConduct topographic and construction surveys as required during project execution. \nMonitor contractor survey activities and identify deviations from project specifications and approved designs. \nPrepare survey reports, records, sketches, and documentation for the supervision team. \nCoordinate with Resident Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Contractors to resolve survey-related issues. \nSupport the inspection team during construction activities and provide technical survey advice. \nEnsure adherence to project quality standards, health and safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. \nAssist in the review and certification of completed works prior to project handover.\n Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. \nMinimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in consultancy/construction supervision projects. \nProven experience on property and buildings developments, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or institutional projects. \nPrevious Middle East experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries. \nStrong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures. \nExperience with AutoCAD and survey data processing software. \nGood communication and reporting skills. \nAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary supervision teams.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
