Here’s what you can expect:\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in and lead Revit modelling of building structures to WSP’s required standards.\nProduce clear, accurate and coordinated documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, reinforcement detailing, precast documentation, and general arrangements.\nFacilitate designer interaction with BIM models for both data input and information extraction.\nReduces project risk by identifying clashes early and streamlining information flow.\nSupports digital upskilling of the team and ensures quality BIM outputs.\nImproves efficiency in design delivery through robust model management.\nActs as a bridge between design, construction, and digital teams.\nCoordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources.\nApply BIM tools and workflows to deliver complex building services projects\nInterpret BIM requirements and implement appropriate protocols\nEnsure accurate drawings and registration systems meet specifications and standards\nMaintain technical standards in line with contractual obligations\nLiaise confidently with external stakeholders and clients\nAbout You\nTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring:\nDiploma or Degree in Building Design, Drafting, Discipline Engineering, or equivalent.\nBIM experience in Australia, ideally across Defence, Aviation or Health industries.\nEligibility to obtain Australian Defence security clearance is essential - only eligible to Australian Citizens (Permanent Resident, NZ Citizens & Visa holders are not eligible). \nDemonstrated experience delivering on large or multidisciplinary projects.\nKnowledge and experience in modelling building structures, with demonstrated skills in modelling reinforced concrete, precast concrete, and structural steel elements.\nStrong proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Revizto or ACC.\nSolid understanding of BIM processes and standards (e.g. ISO 19650).\nExperience in model coordination and digital delivery workflows.\nFamiliar with ISO 19650 or equivalent BIM standards.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage deadlines and prioritise across multiple projects.\nHigh attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.\nWhat you’ll love about us:\nAt WSP we provide a diverse and inclusive work environment and offer many benefits to ensure your professional development & well-being.\nFlexible working hours and working from home\nModern and contemporary offices\nParental Leave & Purchased additional annual leave\nCorporate employee discounts and offers\nWellness at Work & Social Club\nEmployee Reward & Recognition program\nProfessional and technical development opportunities\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
