Candidates must be fluent in French and hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.\nYour Impact\nDeliver structural engineering solutions for marine, port, coastal, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.\nLead technical analyses, design calculations, and engineering assessments.\nSupport multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project delivery.\nConduct structural inspections and develop rehabilitation strategies for existing infrastructure.\nPrepare and review engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.\nCollaborate directly with clients and project stakeholders.\nMentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.\nContribute to innovative projects that advance sustainable and resilient infrastructure.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.\nFluent French language skills required.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.\n5+ years of structural engineering experience.\nExperience in bridge engineering, concrete design, industrial structures, transportation infrastructure, buildings, heavy civil works, or structural rehabilitation.\nWorking knowledge of Canadian design codes and engineering standards.\nExperience managing project tasks and coordinating technical deliverables.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
