You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with particular focus on large-scale project recruitment, specialist and business-critical hiring, and nationalisation priorities.\nYou’ll combine strong recruitment delivery with market insight and trusted stakeholder partnership, creating a positive and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring managers.\n Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas, from initial role briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer and mobilisation handover.\nLead recruitment delivery for large-scale projects, managing high-volume and complex hiring requirements against project mobilisation priorities.\nPartner with business and project leaders to understand workforce plans, capability requirements and critical hiring needs.\nProactively source and engage senior, specialist and hard-to-find talent through targeted search, market mapping, referrals and relevant recruitment channels.\nLead and support Talent Acquisition team members, helping to prioritise workloads, strengthen capability and maintain high standards of recruitment delivery.\nManage candidate screening, interviews, assessment, selection and feedback, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.\nSupport nationalisation priorities by proactively identifying, engaging and progressing local talent.Build strong talent pipelines for current vacancies, project mobilisation, proposals and future growth requirements.\n\nProvide hiring managers with practical market insight on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment challenges.\nChampion internal mobility, diverse shortlists and fair and inclusive hiring practices.\nMaintain accurate recruitment data and ensure hiring activity is delivered in line with recruitment governance and standards.\nUse recruitment technology, systems and data to improve efficiency, quality and the overall recruitment experience.\n A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nStrong Talent Acquisition experience within a complex, fast-paced and multicultural organisation.\nProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to personally source and deliver across multiple roles and disciplines.\nExperience supporting large-scale project recruitment and mobilisation, including high-volume and specialist hiring.\nExposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments, including areas such as Design Management, Project Management, Advisory and Transportation.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.\nThe ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining pace, quality and attention to detail.\nStrong knowledge of regional talent markets and the ability to translate market insight into practical recruitment solutions.\nExperience within engineering, professional services, consulting or another project-led environment would be advantageous.\nA collaborative, inclusive and people-focused approach, with a strong commitment to candidate and hiring manager
