of our Mission Critical practice.\n Lead the electrical design of hyperscale, colocation, and mission critical facilities.\nProvide technical leadership across multidisciplinary Building Services design teams.\nDrive design quality, innovation, and technical excellence throughout project delivery.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients on mission critical infrastructure strategies.\nSupport business development, client engagement, and major project pursuits.\nMentor and develop engineers across the Building Services team.\nContribute to the growth and strategic direction of WSP's Data Centres & Mission Critical practice.\n A Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams within a consultancy environment.\nExtensive Middle East experience, with a strong understanding of regional client requirements, authority approvals, and project delivery frameworks.\n18+ years' experience in Building Services Engineering, with significant experience leading the design and delivery of Data Centre and Mission Critical projects.\nDeep technical expertise in mission critical electrical systems, including HV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, resilience strategies, and critical power infrastructure.\nExperience delivering projects for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and mission critical clients.\nA strong track record of developing client relationships, winning work, and supporting business growth.\nChartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional
