In this role, you will strengthen integration, accelerate issue resolution, and drive clarity and alignment across a complex heritage MEC installation program.\nYour Impact\nAct as the day-to-day senior technical counterpart to the Centrus Design Manager and Project Manager.\nCollaborate closely with the CM’s MEC Manager and Design Assist partners to ensure constructability alignment.\nRepresent WSP’s integrated technical position in CM and Client forums, ensuring clarity, decisiveness, and alignment.\nLead high-stakes meetings, enabling the Program Director to focus on governance and client relationships.\nDrive the resolution of CM comments, RFIs, sequencing issues, access and maintenance needs, and constructability challenges.\nEnsure smooth transition of design package delivery into construction administration support.\nPrevent technical issues from escalating into claims, delays, or reputational risk.\nServe as senior integrator across all disciplines, packages, and phases within the CENTRUS program.\nMaintain issue registers, interface logs, decision records, and ensure all technical positions are coordinated and defensible.\nLead technical discussions, de-escalate contentious situations, and present structured recommendations to senior leadership.\nIdentify and elevate program-level risks while aligning mitigation actions with commercial and program strategy.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\n15+ years of senior technical leadership experience on large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Architect preferred; construction-based certifications an asset.\nProven ability to lead interface management between design teams, construction managers, and clients.\nExperience navigating senior-level CM and ADM-level technical forums with credibility.\nDemonstrated skill in resolving multi-disciplinary technical issues under pressure.\nSystems thinker capable of balancing constructability, sequencing, safety, quality, contractual obligations, and downstream impacts.\nHighly structured, decisive, pragmatic, and oriented toward closure and technical integrity.\nThis position requires a valid Secret security clearance issued by the Government of Canada\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
