Your work will support multidisciplinary engineering teams as you help deliver infrastructure projects that improve how people live, move, and connect. This role includes a balanced mix of office design work, field exposure, and collaboration with subject matter experts who champion your growth.\nYou’ll be part of a supportive team that values innovation, mentorship, and the power of diverse thinking.\nYour Impact\nCreate accurate and detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and 3D models for municipal and land development projects.\nPrepare technical specifications, quantity summaries, and cost estimates for tender and construction.\nComplete field inspections to verify design intent, quality, and construction progress.\nPerform topographic surveys using up-to-date field equipment.\nCollaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and technologists to ensure project alignment.\nInterpret engineering drawings, standards, and municipal requirements with support from experienced team members.\nAssist with proposals, contract administration, and project documentation as needed.\nContribute to multidisciplinary project coordination that supports public and private sector clients.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nCompletion of a three-year Civil Engineering Technology diploma (or equivalent).\nEligibility or interest in pursuing the Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation.\n0-5 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in municipal or land development design.\nAbility to interpret construction drawings and technical requirements.\nInterest in developing knowledge of OPSS /OPSD and municipal engineering practices.\nCuriosity and adaptability in both office and field environments.\nValid Ontario driver’s licence.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
