This is a full-time, in-person position.\nThe Technology Infrastructure Lead is a Technology & Digital Experience (TDE) role dedicated to supporting Planning & Development capital projects through technical coordination, infrastructure integration, design review, construction support, and implementation readiness activities. The position serves as the primary interface between TDE and project delivery teams, helping identify technology-related risks, infrastructure conflicts, constructability concerns, operational impacts, and implementation requirements throughout planning, design, construction, testing, and turnover. The role is intended to strengthen project delivery by providing technically informed review and coordination while ensuring alignment with TDE standards, operational requirements, and long-term supportability. Final technical authority, standards, approvals, cybersecurity requirements, and ownership of technology systems remain the responsibility of TDE.\nYour Impact\nProject Planning and Technology Integration\nParticipate in project initiation and planning meetings.\nIdentify technology-related scope, dependencies, infrastructure requirements, and operational impacts.\nCoordinate engagement of TDE SMEs throughout project development.\nIdentify long-lead technology components and infrastructure dependencies that may affect project schedules.\nDesign Review and Technical Coordination\nReview architectural, electrical, telecommunications, low-voltage, and technology-related design documents.\nIdentify infrastructure conflicts, missing scope elements, operational concerns, constructability issues, and implementation risks.\nCoordinate technical review comments between TDE SMEs and design consultants.\nTrack design comments and action items through resolution.\nConstruction Support and Field Coordination\nReview RFIs, submittals, field changes, and revised drawings for technology impacts.\nParticipate in construction coordination meetings, field walks, testing activities, and implementation planning efforts.\nCoordinate timely engagement of TDE SMEs when technical decisions or approvals are required.\nSupport technology cutovers, activations, testing, commissioning, and implementation sequencing activities.\nOperational Readiness and Turnover\nCoordinate collection and validation of as-built drawings, testing results, warranties, labeling records, and turnover documentation.\nSupport transition of completed systems to TDE operations teams.\nParticipate in operational readiness reviews and acceptance activities.\nIssue Management and Reporting\nMaintain technology-related issue logs and action-item tracking.\nEscalate unresolved issues affecting project milestones.\nProvide routine project status updates to TDE and P&D leadership.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field.\n7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems integration, construction support, project delivery, or related fields.\nExperience supporting design and construction projects involving technology infrastructure.\nAviation, transportation, healthcare, higher education, or other mission-critical facility experience preferred.\nPMP, BICSI, ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, or similar certifications preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technology design documents.\nWorking knowledge of network infrastructure, fiber optic systems, structured cabling, telecommunications systems, wireless systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and low-voltage infrastructure.\nUnderstanding of technology implementation within active operational environments.\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to identify risks, conflicts, and implementation challenges early in project development.\nFamiliarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools preferred.\nProven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.\nOccasional travel may be required depending on project-specific
