The person will be embedded with the US Strategic Growth Team (SGT) to support technology stack digital developments and business line reporting solution automations. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, reporting, and (predominantly) low-code development, with exposure to machine learning concepts and software development.\nThis role will be based in the Noida office.\n REPORTING & AUTOMATION\nBuild and maintain automated reports and dashboards that surface data issues, gaps, and inconsistencies\nSupport development of reporting pipelines that track data completeness, accuracy, and coverage across systems (e.g., Horizon)\nTranslate business needs into repeatable reporting workflows and automated outputs\nAssist in developing scheduled or trigger-based reporting solutions using low-code tools or scripts\nDATA QUALITY & CLEANSING SUPPORT\nIdentify and flag anomalies, duplicates, and missing data within core systems\nDesign and maintain reports that drive data cleansing efforts\nSupport implementation of validation rules and structured QA processes\nWork with technology stack leadership and US business lines to understand data issues and reflect them in reporting logic\nTOOLING AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT\nSupport development of internal tools using Power Apps and Power Automate\nAssist with enhancement and maintenance of existing low-code solutions\nPerform QA testing on new features, dashboards, and automation workflows\nSupport software development, as needed (e.g., COLBY, SOCAP)\nTECHNICAL EXECUTION & ANALYSIS\nRun and review simple Python-based processes or notebooks where required for reporting or validation\nSupport light scripting or transformations to prepare datasets for reporting\nPerform basic data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and gaps\nTECHNICAL\nDegree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\n0-3 years of experience or recent graduate with relevant internship or project experience\nStrong Excel skills\nFamiliarity with reporting tools (Power BI preferred)\nBasic exposure to Python or scripting concepts\nFamiliarity with Jupyter notebooks or similar environments\nExposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)\nANALYTICAL\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy\nAbility to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and errors\nLogical problem-solving approach\nMACHINE LEARNING AWARENESS (BASELINE)\nFoundational understanding of machine learning concepts\nAwareness of training data, outputs, and evaluation\nAbility to support workflows relying on model outputs\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
