This position plays an important role in assessment of student learning, academic program data management, state compliance, and faculty development.\nThe Academic Quality Manager serves as a resource for faculty and academic leaders by providing support with assessment planning, data analysis, academic programming, curriculum processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position also helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of academic program information used for state reporting and compliance.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead institutional assessment planning, analysis, and reporting related to student learning and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with faculty and academic leaders on assessment practices, Program Review, curriculum, and academic quality initiatives.\nMaintain academic program data and documentation to support accurate state reporting, compliance, and institutional requirements.\nAnalyze academic and assessment data and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making and program improvement.\nDevelop and facilitate professional development and resources related to assessment, academic quality, data analysis, and related technology systems.\nSupport accreditation, special projects, strategic initiatives, and other departmental activities related to academic quality and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.\nThree years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, assessment, curriculum, academic affairs, academic compliance, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience working with academic data, technology systems, and complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Higher Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, Assessment, or a related field.\nExperience leading or facilitating assessment of student learning and faculty development.\nExperience with academic curriculum, Program Review, accreditation, or regulatory reporting.\nBenefits\nhttps://wsutech.edu/whyhere/\nWSU Tech is committed to inclusive and equitable practices to create an environment and culture where students and employees thrive.
