You will be responsible for building relationships, providing educational guidance, and ensuring potential students feel welcomed and valued in our community.\nSalary: $18.20 per hour\nLocation: WSU Tech City Center\nSchedule: Monday-Thursday hours vary between 8:00am-6:00pm , Friday 8:00am-5:00pm\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist prospective students in navigating the admissions procedure, ensuring they understand the steps required for enrollment.\nConduct engaging campus tours and group presentations to showcase our programs and facilities.\nProvide technical assistance regarding student self-service platforms and any related materials.\nCommunicate regularly with prospects through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and traditional mail.\nDeliver excellent customer service and act as a welcoming presence for visitors and prospective students.\nRequirements\nEducational Requirements:\nAssociate Degree or relevant work experience is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.\nPreferred Experience:\nPrevious experience in college admissions, student services, or a related sales role is preferred.\nDemonstrated self-motivation and commitment to helping prospective students understand their educational options.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.\nAbility to learn and use student management software such as Banner within three months of employment.\nBenefits\nhttps://wsutech.edu/whyhere/\nWSU Tech is committed to inclusive and equitable practices to create an environment and culture where students and employees thrive.
