As the Future Maker Coordinator, you'll bring hands-on STEM experiences to students across the region, helping them explore fields like aviation, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and automotive technology through real equipment and real conversations. You'll prep and run the Future Maker Lab for events and school visits, support a growing team, and help create the kind of moment that shifts a student's whole sense of what's possible for their future. If you're energized by connecting with people and want work that genuinely changes lives, we'd enjoy meeting you.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nGuide and present to students through hands-on devices and equipment that spark interest in technical careers, presenting with clarity and energy across a variety of settings\nCoordinate and prep the Future Maker Lab for events and school visits, confirming the right equipment and staffing are in place for each program\nSupport the Future Maker Director with team scheduling, training, and program planning, including tracking survey compliance and communicating with school and community clients\nAssist with coordinating digital content requests from faculty and contribute to audio, video, and AR/VR productions that showcase technical career paths\nHelp develop new hands-on activities and set up or break down event materials in indoor and outdoor settings as needed\nDeliver excellent customer service and a professional, welcoming presence at every event, collaborating with the team on ongoing program improvements\nRequirements\nEducation, Experience and Knowledge\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred\nBackground in a technical field a plus (aviation, manufacturing, healthcare, construction sciences, automotive, or veterinary technology)\nCDL required. Candidates who do not currently hold a CDL are still encouraged to apply.
