1、大专及以上学历，5年以上PCBA板级维修经验，机器人、无人机、汽车电子、工控行业优先。

2、能看懂电路原理图，熟悉模拟/数字电路及电源、MCU、电机驱动、传感器、CAN/RS485/以太网/USB等接口。

3、熟练使用万用表、示波器、可调电源、电子负载、热风枪、电烙铁等，能返修0402/0201、QFN、QFP、BGA等封装。

4、能独立分析板级故障并编写维修/失效分析报告，责任心强，沟通协作良好。
