KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nConduct inspections and audits on materials, equipment, and processes to maintain quality benchmarks.\nMaintain documentation of quality checks, corrective actions, and compliance reports.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines in all operations.\nCreate and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.\nMaintain records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement and administrative data.\nNegotiate the best deal for pricing and supply when required while maintaining quality standards.\nMaintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.\nProvide procurement support as directed by the Procurement Manager.\nSupport procurement planning and ensure timely availability of quality materials.\nAssist in the ordering of supplies and act as a purchaser in required instances.\nHelp to drive better procurement practice across the organization.\nReport departmental sourcing requirements to the Procurement Manager.\nMonitor, maintain, and store office supplies and equipment; request replacement supplies as needed or at re-order level.\nPrepare reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.\nMaintain relationships with outsourced services to ensure the best value.\nEnsure timely payment processing for suppliers and vendors.\nEnsure availability of office consumables.\nKeep to date record of stock and issuance. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Procurement knowledge preferred).
