We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Automotive Division in Esperance, selling our extensive product range of tools, fasteners and consumables. This role will require overnight travel (2 overnights per month).

Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working Monday to Friday in a fully field-based role, visiting 15+ customers daily across your designated territory
- Maintaining and growing an established customer base
- Actively seeking new business opportunities
- Building strong working relationships and rapport with customers
- Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries
- Working to sales and customer KPIs
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A Full driver’s license
- The passion for sales, resilient and be results driven
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
- The ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and self-motivated
- The willingness to learn and desire to succeed
- Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
