the first point of contact for merchants facing shippingrelated issues.\n\nFollow up with shipping providers to resolve delays or failed deliveries.\n\nEnsure merchants are informed and updated about their shipment progress.\n\nCoordinate with our logistics partners when needed to escalate and resolve issues.\n\nSupport merchants with walletrelated concerns (e.g. payouts topups deductions).\n\nFlag repeated issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve operations.\n\nHelp maintain high satisfaction across all Wuilt active merchants.\n\nRequirementsWhat Youll Need:Bachelors Degree.\n\n13 years of relevant experience in customer support logistics or operations.\n\nFamiliarity with how online stores and ecommerce shipping work.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.\n\nExcellent communication skills verbal and written.\n\nAbility to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.\n\nA team player with a customerfirst attitude.\n\nRequired
