We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to manage and continuously improve our internal IT environment, built primarily around Apple devices, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.\nA hands-on role with real ownership of our internal IT environment. You'll be the go-to person for everyday IT challenges, but also have the opportunity to improve systems, introduce smarter processes, and automate repetitive work rather than just keep things running.\nWhat Will You Do?\nProvide day-to-day internal IT support and help colleagues solve technical issues.\n\nManage company devices, with a strong focus on the Apple/macOS environment including MDM, configuration, inventory, and lifecycle management.\n\nPrepare, configure, track, replace, return, and decommission laptops and other hardware.\n\nHandle IT onboarding and offboarding, including devices, including licences, accounts, access rights, and permissions.\n\nAdminister Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools.\n\nMaintain internal IT documentation and procedures.\n\nCreate and maintain scripts for automating routine operational tasks.\n\nHelp implement new tools and improve existing IT processes.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external IT specialists when needed.\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nYou will be a good fit if you:\nHave at least 2–3 years of experience in IT or systems administration.\n\nHave hands-on experience managing macOS and Apple devices.\n\nAre comfortable working with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.\n\nUnderstand the basics of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and common network services.\n\nCan independently troubleshoot and resolve common operational issues.\n\nHave at least basic experience with scripting, APIs or IT automation.\n\nCommunicate well with people and genuinely enjoy helping colleagues with IT.\n\nHave enough English to work comfortably with technical documentation and administration interfaces.\n\nYou do not need to be a software developer. What matters is that you can work through technical problems, navigate documentation, and create or modify a simple script or automation when needed.\nA Big Plus\nExperience with Jamf, especially Jamf Now and Apple Business Manager\n\nKnowledge of Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.\n\nExperience with Zapier or other automation/no-code tools.\n\nExperience automating onboarding, offboarding, or access management processes.\n\nWhat Can You Expect from the Role?\nThis is a practical, hands-on role with a high level of ownership. You will be the person colleagues turn to when something does not work, but you will also have the space to improve how internal IT works across the company.\nWe do not want our IT admin to perform the same repetitive tasks manually again and again.
