We value trust, empathy, ownership, learning, and a healthy work-life balance.\nRequirements\nAs a Salesforce Developer, you will be a core contributor to the architecture, development, and evolution of the Wunderbricks App. You design and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions - from Apex services to Lightning Web Components (LWC), data integrations, and system optimizations.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nDesign, build, and enhance the Wunderbricks App on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations).\n\nTranslate functional and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nDevelop high-quality, reusable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.\n\nIntegrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.\n\nReview and optimize system performance, data models, and automation processes.\n\nCollaborate with product owners and other developers to refine requirements and provide technical guidance.\n\nSupport consultants and operations teams when complex issues require deep technical analysis.\n\nConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.\n\nStay up to date with Salesforce releases and proactively identify opportunities to improve our product.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\n3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\n\nGood proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.\n\nExperience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, etc.).\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into solid technical solutions, with support from senior team members on more complex designes.\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limits.\n\nExposure to managed packages is a plus.\n\nComfortable writing technical documentation.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nSalesforce Platform Developer I required;
