We care about making teams better more than anyone else.\nSenior AI Developer\nAs a Senior AI Developer, you will pioneer the integration of generative AI into real-world applications, guiding customers from early experimentation to production-ready systems that deliver measurable value.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and build AI-powered solutions end to end: from prototypes to production services and, ideally, the frontends and tools around them.\n\nWork with modern GenAI techniques (LLMs, RAG, agents, tool-use, evaluation / guardrails) and integrate them into existing systems and workflows.\n\nLead technical discovery and architecture discussions with customers, turning fuzzy problems into clear, actionable roadmaps.\n\nCoach client organisations in adopting agentic development practices, with harness engineering as one part of the toolkit\n\nOwn delivery: orchestrate agents to produce clean, testable code, design scalable cloud architectures, and make sure what we build can be operated in the real world, with the engineer accountable for every line that ships.\n\nAct as an AI advisor: run workshops, pair with customer teams, and help them reskill and adopt AI sustainably instead of just shipping PoCs.\n\nContribute to our wider community: share learnings with colleagues, and when possible, speak, write or demo in public forums.\n\nConsulting for us means shipping and helping teams get the ball rolling when they're stuck.
