Our finance team plays a central role in fuelling that growth and is located in Amsterdam.Your Role.\nAs our new Business Controller, you'll be the go-to finance partner for our commercial teams responsible for new shop openings and account management. You'll translate numbers into insights - for our internal teams and for the hotel partners we work with.\nYou'll work closely with the Commercial Director to set the annual sales budget and keep the forecast sharp throughout the year. As owner of project administration, you'll collaborate with project managers to monitor investments and track financial performance of new openings from day one.\nData drives smart decisions at Wundermart, and you'll make sure the right reports reach the right people at the right time. You'll oversee other income streams - license fees, rebates, and more - and help automate and improve processes like our Adyen reconciliation, working hand in hand with our in-house tech team.\nMost importantly, you bring a continuous improvement mindset. You'll help design and implement scalable financial processes that can grow with us. If you're the type who spots an inefficiency and immediately wants to fix it - you'll fit right in.\nWhat You Bring.\nA degree in Finance or Accounting (HBO, BSc, or MSc).\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar finance role.\nStrong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude.\nA genuine drive to continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo.\nSolid Excel skills, formulas, models, and data manipulation are second nature to you.\nFluency in English (written and spoken);
