This role is designed for a developing professional eager to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and human-centric workflows. You will support the delivery of AI transformation projects for SMB and mid-market clients, focusing on the human side of AI adoption, including Google Workspace Gemini and other emerging AI tools. Many projects blend this work with more classical change management required for migration from O365 to Google Workspace. Both are critical skillsets for this role.\nWorking under the guidance of senior consultants, you will help clients understand the \"why\" behind AI, develop prompt engineering skills, and integrate AI into their daily operations to drive meaningful productivity gains. This is a role for someone who is technically curious, highly organized, and deeply committed to enabling others through education and change strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport AI Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of change strategies specifically tailored for AI implementations, including stakeholder assessments and change impact analysis.\n\nEnablement & Training: Facilitate AI-focused workshops and enablement sessions, helping users master prompt engineering and Generative AI features within Google Workspace.\n\nContent Creation: Design and deliver high-quality job aids, communication materials, and adoption resources that translate complex AI concepts into actionable user guidance.\n\nDesign and execute adoption programs that drive sustained LLM usage. Build activations, ongoing engagement events, and workshops (e.g., Use Case Demos, Lunch & Learns, Promptathons), develop communications campaigns, and adapt tactics\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting resistance management efforts and reinforcing long-term AI adoption plans.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and program managers to ensure change management activities align with AI deployment milestones.\n\nInternal Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of Wursta’s AI adoption playbooks and best practices as we expand our AI consulting capabilities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n1-3 years of professional experience in change management, corporate training, or technology consulting.\n\nDemonstrated interest in Generative & Agentic AI (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and a clear understanding of how these tools can be applied in a business context.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technological concepts into simple, persuasive language.\n\nExperience in stakeholder management and facilitating engaging presentations or training sessions.\n\nAbility to operate in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks across different client engagements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nExperience with Agentic Workflows\n\nFamiliarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci.\n\nBasic understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and prompt engineering best practices.\n\nPrevious experience working in a client-facing consulting role.\n\nLocation & Work Environment\nThis position can be based in our Austin, TX office or remotely in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WI, or TX.\nInterview Process\nAt Wursta, we're all about positive experiences and creating value.
