If you’re ready to accelerate your career-apply today!\nJob Summary:\nInventory Management Specialist\nWurth USA | Field-Based Position\nWurth USA is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to support our customers by ensuring their Wurth inventory is organized, properly stocked, and readily available when they need it. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this field-based role works directly at customer locations and partners closely with our Sales team to maintain efficient inventory distribution points.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nVisit assigned customers according to a predetermined route and schedule.\nMaintain and organize Wurth inventory distribution points at customer locations, including ORSY systems, wheel weight displays, vending machines, cabinets, and other inventory solutions.\nStock available customer orders accurately and efficiently.\nCreate order proposals during each customer visit for customer review and approval.\nEnsure customers are appropriately stocked without creating excess or unnecessary inventory.\nMaintain proper labeling, organization, and presentation of inventory during each visit.\nClean and maintain inventory areas to ensure they remain safe, organized, and easy to use.\nProperly dispose of waste and packing materials.\nPromptly return unwanted or unused materials as requested by customers.\nBuild positive working relationships with customers and Wurth Sales team members.\nWork closely with Territory Sales Representatives, District Sales Managers, and Regional Sales Directors to support customer needs.\nFollow established procedures and adapt to evolving processes and customer requirements.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid driver's license and a good driving record.\nAbility to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and technology.\nComfortable working independently in a field-based environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.\nWillingness to learn Wurth products and inventory management processes on the job.\nAbility and willingness to learn iPad-based SpeedyRouting and other technology used in the role.\nTraining:\nWurth USA will provide training to help you succeed in the role, including:\nWurth product training\nInventory management and process training\niPad-based SpeedyRouting system training\nSafe lifting training\nWork Environment:\nThis is a field-based position. You will travel along a predetermined route and work primarily at customer locations in automotive and shop environments.
