Payable/Receivable, Inventory and Retail Headquarter.\n\nDeveloping Dynamics RMS modifications for standard modules.\n\nProvides training to users of new systems on any RMS area in all modules.\n\nInstall and configure client computers to work with the RMS system, solve RMS technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face-to-face.\n\nCollaborate with other IT teams (such as infrastructure team) in problem diagnosis and resolution.\n\nMonitor the RMS applications and POS to ensure service availability 24/7.\n\nProvide first-line support to Users by providing analysis and resolution for routine operational application issues.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics RMS preferred.\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management.\n\nExperience with Crystal Reports is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with retail systems and retail business processes.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nGood command of written and spoken
