Job Summary The Financial Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor costs and profitability, and support management in making informed financial decisions. Previous experience in the restaurant or F&B industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and financial transactions. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses. Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans. Monitor restaurant operating costs, food costs, and gross profit margins. Analyze branch-level sales, expenses, and profitability. Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and cost variances in coordination with Operations and Inventory Control. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of revenues, expenses, bank accounts, and cash balances. Establish and monitor internal financial controls and procedures. Ensure timely payments to suppliers and monitor accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
