The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily HR operations, employee affairs, and administrative activities at the farm.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Monitor and record daily employee attendance, working hours, absences, and leaves.\n* Follow up on employee sick leaves and medical cases.\n* Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and day-to-day issues.\n* Monitor employee accommodation, meals, and living conditions at the farm.\n* Collect and review hiring documents for new employees.\n* Prepare, issue, and follow up on employment contracts and personnel files.\n* Maintain accurate and updated employee records.\n* Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.\n* Follow up on employee requests and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied.\n* Prepare attendance, leave, and other HR operational reports.\n* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations at the farm.\nRequirements\n* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\n* 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Personnel Administration.\n* Previous experience in agricultural companies, farms, or remote-site operations is a plus.\n* Good knowledge of attendance, leaves, personnel files, and employment contracts.\n* Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n* Ability to handle employee issues professionally and maintain confidentiality.\n* Ability to work and stay at the farm according to the required work schedule.\nWork Location: Wadi El Natrun Farm\nWork Schedule: 23 working days followed by 7 days
