job platforms.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of labor laws, factory compliance, and HR best practices.\n\nHands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\n\nCertification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.\n\nPreferably resident at Zayed or
