# HSE Manager

Job PurposeLead and manage the Health, Safety & Environment function across the manufacturing facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and a safe working environment throughout commissioning, start-up, and full-scale operations. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HSE policies, procedures, standards, and site safety rules. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, civil defense requirements, and Group HSE standards. Manage operational safety, risk assessments, PTW, JHA/JSA, LOTO, machine safety, and contractor activities. Oversee HSE requirements during machinery installation, commissioning, start-up, and operations. Manage fire risk assessments, emergency response plans, and evacuation drills. Conduct site inspections, incident investigations, and HSE audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Lead HSE training, awareness, and safety culture initiatives. Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare regular performance reports and dashboards. Coordinate with Group HSE, site management, contractors, and Group Sustainability / QA on relevant HSE and IMS requirements.
