PurposeTo manage assigned customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop long-term business relationships and sales opportunities.\nKey ResponsibilitiesManage assigned customer accounts production, and delivery.\n\nFollow up on customer orders, approvals, feedback, and required modifications.\n\nKeep customers updated on order status, delivery schedules, delays, or changes, and coordinate appropriate solutions.\n\nFollow up after delivery to ensure orders are received correctly and meet customer expectations.\n\nHandle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.\n\nMaintain strong customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction.\n\nIdentify opportunities for new products, additional volumes, and business growth.\n\nMaintain accurate customer and order records and prepare regular account reports.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.\n\nGood follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.\n\nGood command of English.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft
