others.\n· Replying to customer technical inquiries.\n· Following up with customers to ensure the issues are resolved.\n· Proactive action with our loyal clients ensures we offer them added-value services.\n· Testing and evaluating modern technologies.\nRequirements\n· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related functional field, or relevant work experience.\n· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.\n· Acceptable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Engagement (formerly CRM).\n· Very good knowledge of network security products such as (FortiGate, Sophos, Trend Micro, Bitdefender, Proofpoint…etc.).\n· Prior experience in pre-sales activities & technical support with Microsoft Office 365 products.\n· Minimum 3 years of experience.\n· Good knowledge of MS Excel & formulas.\n· Good English writing, reading & speaking
